This could be occurring for a number of reasons. If you attended a Nike COY clinic and haven't received a login please click here. How do I cancel my Premium membership?
To cancel your Premium membership, please fill out the Membership Cancellation form. Our team will cancel your payments, reset your account back to free access only, and notify you that the cancellation process is complete.
