I'm getting an error message when trying to purchase a Premium membership that says my email address is already in use.
Please log into your existing account before attempting to purchase a Premium membership. If you can’t remember your username or password, go to the lost password page.
 
Help! I've paid for a Premium membership, but cannot view Premium videos.

How do I cancel my Premium membership?
To cancel your Premium membership, please fill out the cancellation form here. Our team will cancel your payments, reset your account back to the free level and notify you that the cancellation process is complete.
