Terms applicable to purchases made on The Art of Coaching Football website:
Minimum Contract Term
Each Art of Coaching Football subscription purchase requires a term contract commitment for the applicable plan period ("Initial Term"), as specified on the purchase acceptance page ("Join us" page). Unless otherwise provided on the Join us page and subject to your payment, you will be provided access to the online videos and courses for the full Initial Term, beginning from the Purchase Date on the join us page. Your access and use of any online product is subject to the applicable Art of Coaching Football Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available here: www.theartofcoachingfootball.com/privacy-policy
Automatic Renewal
After your Initial Term, your online access subscription will automatically renew for additional periods of the same length, allowing you to conveniently maintain your progress and access. By purchasing today, you authorize Art of Coaching Football to automatically charge your credit card account upon the expiration of the Initial Term at the prices in effect at the time of renewal (plus applicable taxes), without any additional action by you. You may cancel the automatic renewal feature at any time by contacting Customer Service at support@theartofcoaching.com. Automatic renewals are not eligible for promotions or discounts.
Exchange and Returns
All purchases of a physical product from The Art of Coaching Football online store may be exchanged or returned for a refund of the purchase price within fifteen (15) days of the Purchase Date. The fifteen-day money back guarantee is limited to purchases made directly from Art of Coaching Football. The return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Monthly premium subscription purchases allow users to access all videos and courses on the website on a month-to-month basis. Certifications are excluded from the premium memberships and need to be purchased separately. Users can cancel their membership at any time but if they do not cancel before their membership expires for that month their payment will automatically renew. Refunds may be requested up to 7 days after the charge has been made.
Yearly premium subscription
Yearly premium subscription purchases allow users to access all videos and courses on the website on a yearly basis. Certifications are excluded from the premium memberships and need to be purchased separately. Users can cancel their membership at any time but if they do not cancel before their membership expires for that year their payment will automatically renew. Refunds may be requested up to 7 days after the charge has been made.
App subscription purchases
Monthly premium memberships can be purchased through the VBSuite app. These purchases will give you premium access on the app and the website for the period of time you purchased. After that initial term your credit card will be charged automatically until canceled. Since these payments are handled by Apple, users who purchase their membership through the VBSuite app will need to cancel their membership by following these directions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
Course and certification purchases - Users can purchase individual course or certificate access for the price listed for that course or certificate. Once purchased they will have lifetime access to the content in the course or certificate they purchased.
